At check-in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a wonderful view of the city from a huge window in the living room. The room was really comfortable, but we had an issue with a broken air conditioner, which meant my cousin and her husband had to move to another room. The service was efficient during check-in and prompt with cleaning, yet the noise from the cleaning ladies was excessive. The location was perfect for exploring the San Francisco Bay Area, despite a bad first impression, being close to Union Square, Market Street, and the Moscone Center.
